Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

• All 50 United States
• APO/FPO Military Addresses
• Puerto Rico
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• Other U.S. Territories where carrier service is available

At this time, expedited shipping services may not be available to all locations.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or major holidays.

During sales events, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Timeframes

In-Stock Items

Most in-stock items are delivered within 5-10 business days after shipment.

Backorder, Pre-Order & Special Order Items

Some items may be shipped from different warehouse locations, suppliers, or production facilities.

Backorder, pre-order, handmade, custom-made, and special-order items may require additional processing time.

Estimated delivery time for these items is approximately 10-21 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on supplier availability, production schedules, shipping carrier delays, and seasonal demand.

⚠️ Please Note: Orders containing both in-stock and backorder items may ship separately.

Order Confirmation

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.

This email serves as your receipt and includes:

• Order Number
• Purchased Items
• Billing Address
• Shipping Address
• Order Total
• Shipping Method

Please review your order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.

Shipping Delays

• Natural disasters
• Carrier delays
• Holiday shipping volume
• Service interruptions
• Customs delays
• Circumstances beyond our control

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may be required before the package can be re-shipped.

Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Passion of Essence Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing packages.

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please:

• Check with household members
• Check with neighbors
• Check apartment offices, mailrooms, or front desks
• Contact the shipping carrier directly
• File a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary

Passion of Essence Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost while in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If additional assistance is needed, please contact us and we will gladly assist with any available tracking information.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• Description of the issue

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
