7-Day Return Policy

Eligible clothing items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Original tags must be attached
• Item must be free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, and damage
• Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Final Sale Items

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact:

within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Order Number
• Customer Name
• Reason for Return

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@passionofessence.com.

Please include:

• Order Number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• Description of the issue

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Returns Not Accepted For

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Incorrect size ordered
• Fit preference issues
• Change of mind
• No longer wanting the item
• Event cancellations
• Delayed delivery caused by the shipping carrier
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Items returned after the 7-day return window
• Final Sale merchandise

Store Credit

Approved returns will receive store credit for the purchase price of the returned item only.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store credit will be issued electronically and delivered to the email address associated with the original order.

Store credit may be used toward any future purchase at Passion of Essence Boutique.

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable.

Store credit may be applied to regular-priced, sale, and clearance merchandise unless otherwise stated.

Store credit does not expire.
