How long does shipping take?
In-stock items typically arrive within 5-10 business days after shipment.
Backorder, pre-order, custom, handmade, or supplier-shipped items may require 10-21 business days for delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Do you accept returns?
Eligible clothing items may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
My package says delivered, but I cannot find it.
Please check with neighbors, family members, apartment offices, or mailrooms.
If your tracking shows "Delivered," contact the shipping carrier directly.
Passion of Essence Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation may not be possible.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Approved returns receive store credit that may be used toward a future purchase.
How does store credit work?
Once your approved return has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued electronically to the email address associated with your order.
Store credit can be used toward future purchases at Passion of Essence Boutique and does not expire.
Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
